Chris Nagle has bought, renovated, and sold several properties on the Outer Cape, Mid-Cape, and Boston – acting as both project designer and licensed general contractor.  In addition to a number of single family homes, Chris has re-developed two cottage colonies on the Outer Cape including Cottage Grove, a property he and his partner renovated, repositioned, then managed as a bed and breakfast.
